Each inspection includes a complete system walkthrough, testing all zones, visual leak detection, adjusting sprinkler heads for proper coverage, inspecting valves and backflow preventers, testing controller programming, and providing a detailed report with recommendations.
A zone is a section of your irrigation system controlled by a single valve. Most residential properties have 4-8 zones, each covering different areas like front yard, back yard, or side landscaping. Our maintenance plans cover systems with up to 6 zones. If your system has more than 6 zones, we'll provide a custom quote for the additional zones. Not sure how many zones you have? We can assess this during your first service visit.
System startup and winterization services are available as separate seasonal services and are not included in our standard maintenance plans. We recommend scheduling these services in spring and fall to protect your system from Arizona's temperature extremes. Contact us for pricing on seasonal services.
Our maintenance plans include visual leak detection during inspections. If you need comprehensive leak detection with pressure testing, we offer this as an additional service. This is particularly useful if you suspect hidden leaks or have noticed unexplained water bill increases.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. If upgrading, we'll prorate the difference. If downgrading, the change will take effect at your next renewal date.
No problem! You'll receive your plan's discount rate on any additional services. Premium and Elite members also get free service calls, so you only pay for parts and labor. Common add-on services include leak detection, system startup/winterization, and emergency repairs.
Yes! All maintenance plan members receive priority scheduling for emergency repairs. While 24/7 emergency service is not included in the standard plans, we respond quickly during business hours and can often accommodate urgent requests same-day or next-day.
Elite Care plans are fully transferable to a new homeowner, which can be a valuable selling point. Basic and Premium plans can be transferred for a $50 processing fee.
Yes! We offer customized maintenance plans for HOAs, property management companies, and commercial properties. Contact us for a custom quote based on your property size and needs.
